A DCA model MD 119, automatic final donut proofer sized for the 1200
dozen per hour production, 8 standards donuts wide.
B DCA model 109, 20' long fryer, direct gas fired with S/S hood, 4
3/8" flight spacing, 8 standard donuts wide.
C Belshaw Multimatic Cake Donut Depositor, 8 donuts across with one
(1) set of 8 standard plunger/cutters.
D Rebuilt DCA model MD 72 donut glazer with mobile, heated, glaze
tank and pumping system.
E IJ White Cooling Spiral, 8 tiers, CCW rotation, 36" wide, s/s rod
type belting, in high and low.
F Three (3) simple straight sections of 36" wide donut conveyors
with s/s rod type belting and aluminum side frame, for
interconnection from the fryer to the Glazer and to and from the
spiral cooler.
All equipment was in operating condition when it was
de-commissioned. The age of the equipment is early 90s, for most of
the equipment
